Jarron and Pamela relocated to The Bellarine Peninsula in 2014 to establish The Bellarine Smoked Fish Company.

Jarron is proud to be continuing his third generation family traditions here in Victoria. We are a small boutique smokehouse, located in Portarlington where we use only the best, sustainably farmed and caught products alongside longstanding smoking traditions.

All our ingredients are fresh and our curing, cutting, smoking is all done carefully by hand to ensure the finest finished products.   Traditional hand-smoking processes are used to create the delicate and distinctive flavors for which our smokehouse is renowned. From rich creamy pates to silky textured white fish and salmon, delivering the most authentic unique flavors.

We do not add any artificial preservatives, gelatins or fillers to our pates.

Here at The Bellarine Smoked Fish Co smokehouse we manage every aspect of the business, from sourcing the best quality salmon and seafood, to preparing, smoking, packaging and delivering.

The Bellarine Smoked Fish Co offers retail and wholesale options.
